divide both sides by [tex]2 \pi h[/tex] which will make the equation
[tex]\frac{s}{2 \pi h} = \frac{2 \pi rh}{2 \pi h} [/tex]
simplifying
[tex]r= \frac{s}{2 \pi h} [/tex]
