a1 = 2(1) + 2 = 2 + 2 = 4
a2 = 2(2) + 2 = 4 + 2 = 6
a3 = 2(3) + 2 = 6 + 2 = 8
a4 = 2(4) + 2 = 8 + 2 = 10
a5 = 2(5) + 2 = 10 + 2 = 12
