2. regroup terms.
3. subtract 1/3 from both sides
4. simplify 3/5 - 1/3 to 4/15
5. multiply both sides by 2
6. 4/15 * 2 to 8/15

x < 8/-15
So in conclusion the answer would be x < 8/-15.
