Let's divide this into two rectangle; one rectangle is 5 by 10 inches, equal to 50. The other rectangle is only 6 by 3 inches, equal to 18 inches.
The answer is 68.

Answer is 38 because 8-5 is 3x6 = 18 + 10-6 4x5 = 20 = 20+18 = 38
