[tex] \frac{28}{x^2} = \frac{7}{xy} [/tex]
multiplying both sides by x^2
[tex] 28=\frac{7x^2}{xy} [/tex]
simplifying
[tex]28= \frac{7x}{y} [/tex]
dividing by 7
[tex] \frac{28}{7}= \frac{x}{y} [/tex]
